What’s included in the Free plan?
You get all core leave management features for up to 5 users, 1 location, and 1 department. Integrations and AI features are available on paid plans.
How does billing work?
Billing is monthly, based on the number of active users on your selected paid plan. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime—no contracts or hidden fees.
What does “AI” mean in Wibby, and how does it help my team?
Wibby’s AI leverages advanced artificial intelligence to automate leave management and HR insights:
AI Leave Assistant: Instantly apply for or approve leave using natural language in chat (e.g., Slack or Teams)—no forms required.
AI Policy Q&A: Get immediate answers to leave policy questions, like “How many casual leaves do I have left?” or “What’s our sick leave policy?”
How do AI credits work?
On the AI Pro plan, your company receives a pooled allocation of 2,000 AI credits per paid user, every month. All AI features leave requests and chat answers from this shared pool.
What happens if we use up our AI credits before the month ends?
No worries! Your admin will receive a notification and can instantly top up your company’s AI credit pool for just $2 per additional 0,000 credits. Credits refresh automatically at the start of each month.
Who can purchase more AI credits?
Only the account owner or designated admins can purchase additional AI credits for your company.
Do unused top-up credits roll over to the next month?
Yes! Any unused top-up credits will automatically roll over and remain available in your company’s AI credit pool.
What integrations are included with paid plans?
All paid plans include integrations with Slack, Google Calendar, and more integrations are coming soon.
Can we switch plans or add/remove users anytime?
Absolutely! You can add or remove users and upgrade or downgrade plans whenever you need. Billing adjusts automatically.

Yes! Annual billing is available and includes a discount of 10%.
